Major General Yaakov Amidror, former head of Israel’s National Security Council, said at a Monday press conference that at some point Israel will have to destroy all Iranian infrastructures in Syria. He stated that Israel’s interests must be taken into account by the Russians and the Americans when considering possible peace agreements in Syria.
In Amidror’s opinion, Israel needs to first of all “take care of its strategic goal” of “keeping Iran and Hezbollah from building launch pads in Syria.” Regardless of how much Israel wants the Syrian civil war to end, “the price can’t be having Iran and Hezbollah on our borders.”

The time has long passed for all rational people to dismantle the UN brick by brick, lie by lie, distortion by distortion, for it is the modern-day version of Sodom and Gomorrah.
The World Heritage Committee of the UN Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization designated the Old City of Hebron and the Cave of Machpela (The tomb of the Patriarchs and Matriarchs of Judaism) as “A Palestinian Heritage Site, registered under the government of the Palestinian Authority.” In actuality, the only heritage that the Arabs have regarding Hebron is the bestial massacre of the Jewish community in 1929.

Balak, the Midianite was appointed king over Moav for the duration of the national emergency; he invites the notorious Bilam to save Moav from the existential danger called the “Jewish problem”.
Bilam arrives and Balak requests him to aid in the war effort by cursing the Jews that they be defeated in battle. The blatant question is: Balak could have arrived at the same resolution to his problem by requesting Bilam to bless Moav to win the war, rather than cursing the Jews to lose the war, why didn’t he?

The Reform and other breakaway splinter groups (no matter their numbers) are clamoring for Israeli recognition of their betrayal of the Torah, and 3300 years of Jewish history, as HaShem’s chosen people. The reason for this has nothing to do with God or with spirituality, but just real “down to earth” American values – money.

Every morning upon awakening, I recite “Modeh Ani”, and thank HaShem for implanting me and my family in Eretz Yisrael – even after 55 years.
On the 26th of Sivan, Tuesday of this week, my wife and I will celebrate our 55th year since aliyah – 55 incredible years during which we witnessed, and in some way had a part in, the miraculous trek of our nation from galut punishment to Hashem’s embrace and call to Am Yisrael to return home.
Our target time for aliya was June 1962. In December 1961, we were on the east side of Manhattan and passed Ochs Trading Co., the supplier of products for people making aliya. I said to Feiga, “Let’s go in and make our purchases”. She replied, “You mean it’s real?” I answered, “Very real. Here it begins.”

As we ascend the ladder of sanctity and Torah erudition, the intellect breaches the bonds of its limitations and one’s mind is merited to enter a higher dimension of understanding.
